The McMinnville High Summer baseball program is an affiliate of the high school program. It is intended for current McMinnville High baseball players and their development. Under special circumstances, incoming freshmen may be allowed to participate in the program. The summer program consists of two teams, the Varsity and Junior Varsity, both sponsored by Willamette Valley Orthopedic and Sports Medicine. Summer participation is intended to provide player’s with the opportunity to develop and enhance the skills needed to be a successful high school baseball player. Depending on numbers, cuts may have to be made to balance out teams
The varsity season runs through Sunday, July 13th, culminating with the the McMinnville Baseball Tournament. The Junior varsity team can qualify for postseason play and participate in the NWPBA Classic (Junior Varsity State Tournament) July 18th through 20th.
Registration is now open for the 2026 Grizzly youth pitching clinic.
